Our Angus / Tuli herd and Dorper flock live entirely on open veld — no kraals, no feedlots, no dips, vaccines, antibiotics, or supplementary feed. They graze regeneratively across natural pastures, building soil health and restoring ecosystems with every step.

Humanely, in the field

Each animal is dispatched in the field with a silenced rifle — no transport, no confinement, no fear. A calm, dignified passing produces meat of exceptional tenderness and purity. Stress hormones never enter the picture — and you can taste the difference.

Handled with integrity

Short, clean, traceable

Butchering begins on the farm to avoid contamination and unnecessary handling. The clean carcass travels in a refrigerated trailer to our Hoekwil block-man for final processing. Every step — from veld to vehicle — is traceable and handled with respect.

What we're not

Never washed or gas-flushed

Unlike much supermarket meat, ours is never washed, chemically treated, or sulphur-preserved to fake a "fresh red" colour. We refuse such interventions — transparency and trust are worth more than surface gloss.
